Sunny weather. _____________ Large bike workout, starting in the antico borgo of Libbiano in Tuscany, in the southern part of the Province of Pisa. The first part consist of a bikeride through the forest of the Riserva Naturale (nature preserve) of Monterufoli-Caselli. Then on the main Strada Provinciale, climbing steeply to the borgo of Serrazzano at 533 m. Heading east to the Geothermal Energy Site of Larderello, and from thereon north, climbing to the borgo of Montecerboli. On the Strada Provinciale further north to the city of Pomarance; then biking on the hills west of Pomarance in the direction of Micciano. Turning south to back to the starting point, Libbiano, a final climb from 107 m to 433 m. alt. Tuscan hills, forests, fields and country roads.in summertime on a bright sunny morning.
