A pretty tough ride from Marcellaz-Albanais to Frangy in the Haute-Savoie in France. With two long not-very-steep climbs, this is a good video for base endurance training. You can use the last downhill stretch to go full-speed or otherwise as a 5-10 min cool-down. Enjoy!!
