Morning ride in the Sintra region (Lisbon, Portugal) during a clear sunny day, perfect for a ride. Starting from an inner area we go towards the "Praia das Maçãs" beach, finishing by the Atlantic ocean! Slightly undulating course, on roads that are very used by cyclists. Good for a recovery session or even some tempo training. Enjoy it!
