The capital of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 - Colombo - has emerged from a fishing village to become the political center of the country. To avoid the traffic 🛺, we start our sightseeing tour early in the morning. And apart from the Pettah district, a market quarter that is beautiful but where you can hardly move because of the crowds, you will - as always - explore the most important parts of the city with us. Starting at the Lighthouse Tower Clock 💡, we run past the World Trade Center towards Galle Face. There we'll catch wonderful views of the skyline 🌆 before heading back into the hustle and bustle towards Beira Lake, where we'll finish! Before that, however, we pay attention to the famous Gangaramaya Temple 🛕🪷. Let's go!
