Menstrie to Alloa
This is an easy 8kms cycle along part of the Hillfoots Cycle Path between the Clackmannanshire towns of Menstrie and Alloa. Almost all of the route is on dedicated cycle paths and is all on the flat. For most of the ride, I was heading East and there were strong gale force winds from the West, so speeds are quite high at times.
