Intervalling is a very efficient training. In this video you go through 8 loops south east of Geneva in the swiss countryside. Each loops consists of a gentle uphill (green part), a steep uphill (red), a medium uphill (yellow), a short flat part (green), and a fast downhill (blue). Try to go full power on the red and yellow part, relax on the blue part, and keep at least 50% of full power on the green parts. Enjoy!
