I recommend adding a cool down at the end of this workout.
Twice the fun on Mt Madonna Rd. First climb the North side, which is initially paved but turns into dirt and is quite steep then after going down the very scenic and steep South side, climb back up! It's even steeper! Ha! Very famous climb in the South of the San Francisco Bay Area.
