A short Climb on the East side of Honolulu (Kahala area) up Laukahi Street to the Wiliwilinui RidgeTrail (short portion of gravel) and then a partial descent. Laukahi Street is a nice short 2.5 mile / 4km Climb that averages 8.7%.
There are two semi leveled off areas where you can recover a bit before more climbing.
The Wiliwilinui Ridge Traill is a spectacular hiking trail that follows the ridge line.
