From the west coast to the flanks of El Teide: a gentle ride with a slope of between 5 and 7%, ultimately covering quite a few meters of altitude. The start is in the coastal village of Callao Salvaje, then we cycle through the more touristy Playa Paraiso and then continue to climb to Guia de Isora at an altitude of 540 meters above sea level.
