A video with a mix of up- and downhill, fields, villages, forest, bikelanes, and normal roads. Good for endurance training: Start the first 5 km at 60% of your FTP (maximum power you can sustain for 1 hour), and increase every 5 km by 10% (so you finish the last 5 km at 100% of your FTP). Aftwerwards, don't forget to cool down for at least 10 min, for example by using the video downhill from Risoul 1850 . Enjoy!!
