Start at the Zagreb city center. Visit a park (with two notable sculptures) and follow uphill streets to reach the town's hilly north, where several university departments, scientific institutes and many high class villas are situated. Finish near the Mirogoj cemetery entrance - a beautiful graveyard, known even outside of Croatia - in front of the Tomb of the People's Heroes.
