Join me for a 5K virtual run during golden hour, as we explore the beautiful Natvig and Skarpnes landscapes! 🏃‍♂️☀️ This scenic route starts at Natvigveien, follows Elveveien past the boat harbor, and continues over Havoddveien towards Skarpnes. We then run back following Vesterveien, and complete the 5K challenge at Nedenes School Area as the sun casts a warm golden glow. 📌 Route Highlights & History: ✅ Natvigveien & Elveveien – Named after the historic Natvig family, this area has been home to maritime activity for centuries. Elveveien (River Road) follows an old waterway once crucial for trade and transport. ✅ Boat Harbor – A vital fishing and trade hub, once bustling with wooden boats transporting goods along the coast. ✅ Havoddveien & Skarpnes – A coastal settlement historically significant for its maritime industries and as a waypoint for seafarers. ✅ Vesterveien & Nedenes School Area – Vesterveien, one of the oldest roads in the area, leads to Nedenes, once a regional trading and administrative center. 🌅🏃‍♂️ This golden hour run is perfect for training, motivation, or just immersing yourself in the beauty of Norway!
