Kingscavil Hill Climb
This is just a short video covering an interesting hill climb just outside the lovely town of Linlithgow in West Lothian, Scotland. It's a hill that I like to test myself on when I need to improve my incline strength. It's just 1.9km long and starts with a good downhill 'run' at the hill but that advantage very quickly disappears as you get into a 16% incline.
There are many Strava segments covering this road but the one I'm judging myself on here is one called KCKiller (be interested to see which one Kinomap picks up on when I publish it).
My best time over the segment is 5m 2s and on this video only achieved 5m 24s. The official KoM is 4m 14s and the QoM is 5m 24s. Over to you! No cheating now - 100% resistance! 😀
