Sevier River Trail: Big Rock Candy Mountain to Elsinore

This ride starts at the Big Rock Candy Mountain resort, running downhill through a gorgeous canyon surrounded by mountains in hues of yellow, purple, green, and other interesting colors---hence the Big Rock Candy Mountain Name. It then continues on to the town of Elsinore through the small town of Joseph, passing rural fields and farms with mountains in the horizon. There are several interesting sights to watch for, including an old train tunnel on the right side of the trail (about mile 4), a point when I actually pass a couple of motorcycles (about mile 7.5; in fairness, though, they were going quite slow---I think one had a young child on the back), and some old farm equipment displaying United States flags.
