Before you can enjoy the Pacific Ocean refreshing breeze, you will ride through the Pajaro Valley and many fields around Watsonville where are grown strawberries, apples, lettuce and a host of other vegetables. Agriculture and food processing are the mainstay of the Pajaro Valley economic structure.
