Middle segment (approx. one third) of a larger clockwise tour through the Hürtgenwald forest in Germany, Eifel region. Sunny weather. Dirt roads, forests, meadows, hills and valleys. This middle section starts just beyond the city of Schmithoff. Through the Hürtgenwald forest heading north-east to the city of Zweifall. From thereon climbing to the highest point at 370 m through the Solchbachtal, the Zweifaller and the Rotter forest. Descending to 196,5 m., the lowest point, in the village of Schevenhütte. This easy going segment starts at 295 m. climbs to 370 m. and then descends gradually to the finish at the lowest point, just below 200 m alt. With markers every (few) kilometer(s) (and some information on the surroundings).
