In April 2022 the new "Paddel Sport Club Leoben" has been constituted. In June 2022 it initiated and organized - with the help of other local water sports clubs and organizations - the first Dragon boat festival (ger. Drachenbootfest) in Leoben.
Experience a part of the atmosphere... Our dragon was a young one, tired of racing and actually still learning to swim. So, it was a relaxed and not particularly synchronized paddling along the river Mur. Here the river is calm, passing slowly through a small artificial retention of a nearby hydroelectric power plant. Ideal for paddling sports... It was a great fun!
