I recorded this video by skying at running speed, creating a series of high and low effort, by going up and down on the ski slopes of Sant Pierre dels Forcats. The final descent is on a snow racket path. If you use this video for indoor training, you will make high effort when I was doing low effort -on a ski lift- and low effort when I was doing high effort -by trying to descent slowly on the ski slopes-
