This circuit contains four short climbs of approx. 10 min each.
According to the literature 4x8 minutes is one of the most effective training to boost the FTP.
I ride the climbs at 105-110% of the FTP, and I rest during the descend.
The last climb is interrupted by a short descend. I suggest to continue to push also in the descent, in order to have a continuous effort.
