Ride up Mt Madonna road to the big old redwood tree in the middle of the road at the intersection with Summit road. The first part of the climb is paved, the top part is dirt and gravel. It can be dusty when crossing traffic. About half way up the climb you will enter a forest of giant redwood trees.
