Mimet is the highest village in the southern French department of Bouches-du-Rhône and is located on the opposite side of the assembly Sainte-Victoire. This ride starts in the wooded area of this municipality and ends in Fuveau, also a typical Provencal village in the south-east of Aix-en-Provence.
