A 6 km hike, on snow shoes, that start that short after the parkinglot where the first 3 km is more than less only upwards. And it´s the same way back, besides that we took a short detour to look at the track among the half frozen river "Lekarån".
To match the tour, you should wear ancle weights, and, either, a weightwest och backpack with aproximately 10 kg.
