This time start high above the lake, amid a pine forest at ~1350m altitude. Approach the lake in an intense downhill, enjoying several vistas of the valley along the way. But then, at the lake: Hey, where is all the water gone? This is a so called "daily reservoir" - the artificial lake Stausee Großsölk (altitude: ~850m) is a part of a system of underground tunnels, aqueducts and reservoirs which connect several valleys and supply a series of hydroelectric power plants with water. The water level can oscillate wildly in a short period of time.
Just in case you missed it: There is another video, taken when the water level was high.
This video is a part of the playlist Sölktal Valley.
