The Sempt-Isen cycle path connects the Isar cycle path near Ismaning with the Inn cycle path near Winhöring or Neuötting.
The charming cycle path first runs through the districts of Erding, Mühldorf and Altötting. It touches appealing moss landscapes between Ismaning and Erding. Afterwards it runs through small-scale moraine foothills with frequent ups and downs and from shortly before Dorfen again predominantly flat along the Isen. The roads used are mostly lightly trafficked and have a good surface. The cycle path leads through Ismaning, the Altenerding district of Erding and through Dorfen, Ampfing and Winhöring. Otherwise, the route only touches small towns. The town of Mühldorf a.Inn is widely bypassed.
