Nice sunny day. Not too cold. Quite a lot of snow in minor cycleways. Better situation in "Cycle-highways". Some cycleways in Oulu are numbered main cycleways and thus better plowed or sanded for example. The best category cycleways are called "Baana's". They are broader and have the best maintenance.
