This ride follows a paved bike trail along the south side of the Virgin River in St. George, Utah. Although it is actually in the city. most of it feels like the wilderness. You'll see the river, plenty of desert vegetation, the bluffs in the distance, and occasionally some houses and parks. This ride was recorded on a day with overcast skies and occasional light rain--not a common occurrence in this area. But, when you're traveling to ride, you make due with the weather you're given. For a longer ride, you can pair this one with my Webb Hill and Fort Pearce Trails video, which starts and ends at the same park in St. George.
