Quick loop climbing Kennedy and Shannon Roads.
The video begins with a turn onto the bottom of Hicks road and continues up Shannon until Kennedy Road. Take a short break on the quick descent down Kennedy before turning onto Shannon and climbing again from the other side. The ride ends back at the bottom of Hicks road.
Makes for a nice set of hill repeats in the 7-8 minute range.
