Islands in the San Francisco Bay: Treasure Island & Yerba Buena climb
Starting on Yerba Buena Island (part of San Francisco, California) riding up and over to take a loop around Treasure Island (say "Hi" to the Doggie Diner heads @29:30 and one of the sets from The OA at the top of the building @23:30) then climbing the new route up and over Yerba Buena again to take the new span of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge over to Oakland and eventually ending up just barely in Emeryville, CA.
