Snohomish, WA - Centennial Trail Cupcake Run 5k course

A reworking of the cupcake 5k run up the centennial trail in Snohomish on a lovely winter day. The trail was busy with walkers/runners and cyclists. The route is slightly longer than the 5k route to allow for a cooldown.

The cupcake run 5k starts from Railroad Avenue and heads outbound along the centennial trail towards Arlington along a disused railway bed which has been converted into a paved trail. 

This takes you to the 5k turnaround point. Although it's the end of winter, it was a beautiful blue sky day and there were many people out on the trail.
