Canada Wood Mountain Bike Trails
Just to the South of Falkirk are a number of graded mountain bike trails through four or five of forests and woods surrounding Canada Wood. Whilst I do have an MTB it's not kitted out to support my GoPro action camera so for this video I used my road bike (with off-road tyres). Whilst it may not be that much slower over the twists and turns, with no suspension it does lose out of the jumps!
